The program will enable women to prepare themselves through project-work, re-entry support and mentoring. This program offers a paid Returnship for experienced professionals to refresh their existing skills which they put into practice through a project-based assignment; Based on performance and business need, there could be an opportunity to evaluate a candidate for regular, full-time employment upon completion of the program.
